The ELDP addresses challenges faced by executives of color and helps them develop business competencies that all corporate leaders need to succeed. Over the next seven months, participants will attend a series of educational sessions at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they’ll study topics ranging from corporate finance to business strategy to innovation.
