The ELDP addresses challenges faced by executives of color and helps them develop business competencies that all corporate leaders need to succeed. Over the next seven months, participants will attend a series of educational sessions at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they’ll study topics ranging from corporate finance to business strategy to innovation.
Since its inception in 2001 ELDP has graduated more than 600 executives of color.
"Each class has its own identity, and we’re delighted to welcome this impressive cohort of executives who comprise class XVI," said NAMIC’s James C. Jones. "NAMIC applauds those companies that demonstrate a commitment to fostering a robust pipeline of diverse professionals by supporting this flagship education program.”
