Family is at the heart of everything Scripps Networks Interactive does. It’s important to our viewers, who see it in the way our programming invites the entire family to gather around the television, and it’s equally important to the employees who make our business tick every day. That’s why Scripps Networks has continually reevaluated its family leave benefits to make sure employees who want to expand their families receive all the support they need.

For our efforts with respect to adoption benefits, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has named Scripps Networks Interactive to the 2017 list of the 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces in America, which recognizes employers of every size and industry that offer adoption benefits for employees. Scripps Networks was also singled out as a top-ten company for offering a total of 16 weeks of paid leave specifically for adoption.

This marks the 11th consecutive year Scripps has made the Foundation’s list, and the honor is just as meaningful now as it was the first time. Welcoming a child to your family is one of life’s greatest blessings, and all Scripps employees are equipped with the benefits necessary to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
