This year’s Cablefax 100 list, which features the most influential players in the cable industry, includes a whopping 10 Scripps Networks Interactive executives. The best of the best from our company and the cable industry were highlighted in the special April issue of Cablefaxincluding our Chairman, President and CEO Ken Lowe, who was recently inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame!

Our 10 outstanding honorees have over 245 combined years in the cable industry – and many more to come! Although the landscape has changed, the basic principles and values that drive our company’s success are the same as they were when HGTV launched in 1994.

Honoree Jim Samples, President of Scripps Networks International and TVN, brings 24 years of cable experience to our company. When asked what inspires him most about our industry, he had this to say, “The media business is like a five-way intersection for the curious brain. Creativity, business, technology, culture and relationships all converge. And we are the center of it all. I love that.”

Every dynamic leader on this year’s Cablefax 100 list has successfully navigated that busy intersection and driven our company to the esteemed place it is today.

Kudos to the following industry hot shots:
