"Last Minute Brunch"
A last minute brunch for three couples and three kids is no problem in Kelsey's house! From shopping to cooking to sweet desserts, she will show you how to get it done quickly. Kelsey heads to Essex Market where she shares tips on how to navigate a grocery store with a toddler in tow and only twenty minutes to shop for all the ingredients. In the kitchen, Kelsey begins with a savory Chorizo Frittata to be paired with a bright Charred Citrus Salad. Since savory is never complete without sweet, brunch ends with an Oatmeal Berry Cobbler, topped with Mom's recipe for Lemon Whipped Cream.
It is an Italian-themed date night in Kelsey and Robby's house. These young parents only get one night a month to themselves, so they need to make it extra special. Kelsey decides to head down to Breads Bakery for some freshly baked boule. Then, back at home, Kelsey teaches how to turn that boule into a Split Cheesy Garlic Bread. The night's romantic Italian theme is brought together with a savory Antipasti Salad and a tasty Spinach and Artichoke Skillet Lasagna. The evening ends with Kelsey's chocolaty spin on the Italian classic dessert, Tiramisu. This meal is sure to fill the night with amore!
"Spice & Easy"
Kelsey teaches how to take your meals from bland to taste bud banging. First, she takes a field trip to S.O.S. Chefs to experiment with new spices and build her own Everyday Blend. Back in the kitchen, Kelsey uses her newfound spicy knowledge to make a Pan Seared Crispy Halibut topped with a Zesty Tartar Sauce. On the side she is serving up Pickled Cucumber Carrot Slaw, and Oven Roasted Potatoes using her special blend. Finally, Kelsey brings the spice all the way to dessert with her Cinna-Spiced Crème Brûlée.
"Breakfast for Dinner"
Kelsey shares her favorite family tradition of serving breakfast for dinner. First, we join Kelsey and family at EJ's Diner on the Upper East Side, where she is inspired by their delicious pancakes. Kelsey heads back to the kitchen to prepare a sweet and savory dinner of Cheddar Jalapeño Waffles, Burst Tomato Bacon, and Avocado Egg Scramble. Last but not least, she mixes a Mango Pineapple Punch Slush to wash it all down. It may look a lot like breakfast, but dinner is served!
