NEW YORK —September 2, 2015-- In August HGTV ranked as the #1 cable network in primetime (M-Su 8P-12A) among all W25-54 and among upscale W25-54—the third month in a row that the network captured the #1 spot among women in these two demos. HGTV also achieved another record-breaking month in August, marking 15 consecutive months of year-over-year ratings growth among P25-54 for the network. Programs such as Beach Flip; Tiny House, Big Living; Property Brothers: Buying and Selling and Beachfront Bargain Hunt drove the network to a record-breaking August.  In addition, HGTV ended its strong August performance with a #1 cable network ranking among P25-54 in primetime (M-Su 8P-12A) on Friday, August 28.
